The leader of the future must unite people. To accomplish this, he or she requires the most effective communication skills, embodied in diplomacy, negotiation, and the capacity to build bridges among individuals. These competencies encompass negotiating and achieving consensus not only among people but also between corporations, states, and other types of conflict contexts. Over three days at Sabado’s Manglisi campus, we will develop these skills. In collaboration with invited guests, our speakers, and instructors, you will learn why communication is the most essential skill and how communication functions in real-world settings.
You will learn how to articulate your position in the most challenging circumstances
you will analyze the sources of conflict and how they may be resolved
you will discuss what binds people together and how to cultivate a climate of trust
you will discover the emotions that underlie different messages
All of this will take place at Sabado’s Manglisi campus, where abundant opportunities for recreation, sport, and a sustainable environment, together with unique infrastructure and a caring staff, await you. Discover Sabado.
